A Creative Writing Task and Craft Activity- Swami Vivekananda Lesson

Here is a simple, creative, and interactive writing activity for primary students to write about the qualities of a great personality. Activity:
Required Material: Colour papers, glue, markers, picture of the great personality.
Procedure:
- I instructed my students to read the lesson about ' Swami Vivekananda."
- Told them to identify the qualities that he had.
- Told them to list out the qualities.
- Guided them to draw past the image of the person and draw rays as shown in the picture.
- Provided the colour strips to paste on the rays.
- Once they glued the colour strips, told them to write the qualities that they listed as shown in the picture.
- You can tell them to find the meanings and write along with the words.
- You can also extend the activity to write a sentence by using the words.
- Finally told them to present in front of the class.
