  • A. Migration is a seasonal movement of people from one place to another place in search of a better livelihood
2. What are the reasons for migration?
  • There are two reasons for people to migrate. They are:
  1. Natural reasons: Calamities like floods, cyclones, earthquakes, etc. are the natural reasons for migration.
  2. Economical reasons: Reasons like job transfers, and poverty are economic reasons for migration.
